2. WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
This policy explains how Zyflow uses cookies and similar tracking technologies across:
- The Zyflow mobile application (iOS and Android)
- The Zyflow website at https://www.zyflow.eu
The short answer: our mobile app does not use browser cookies. Our website uses strictly necessary cookies plus optional analytics and advertising cookies that load only after you consent via our cookie banner.
3. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and — in some cases — to track your behavior across sites for analytics or advertising purposes.
"Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, and device-level identifiers used by mobile applications to achieve similar purposes.
4. THE ZYFLOW MOBILE APP — NO COOKIES
The Zyflow mobile application does not use browser cookies.
Instead, the app uses your device's built-in local storage to store the information it needs to function — specifically your login session, so you do not have to sign in every time you open the app. This is standard practice for mobile applications and is not shared with other apps or accessible via a web browser.
Third-Party SDKs in the App
The mobile app includes third-party components for analytics and error monitoring. These services may use device-level identifiers (not browser cookies) as part of their operation:

5. THE ZYFLOW WEBSITE — COOKIES WE USE
The Zyflow website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) to load tags. Optional tags (analytics and advertising) respect your choices through Google Consent Mode and our CookieConsent banner.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we introduce additional non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting those technologies.
We will notify users of material changes via the app and/or by email. The updated policy will show a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
8. LEGAL BASIS
The use of strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication in the mobile app is based on our legitimate interest and the necessity to perform the contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Analytics and advertising cookies on the website are based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the EU ePrivacy Directive). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
