This policy explains how Zyflow uses cookies and similar tracking technologies across:
The Zyflow mobile application (iOS and Android)

The short answer: our mobile app does not use cookies. Our website uses only the essential cookies necessary to serve you the page. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies anywhere.
3. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and — in some cases — to track your behavior across sites for advertising purposes.
"Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, and device-level identifiers used by mobile applications to achieve similar purposes.
4. THE ZYFLOW MOBILE APP — NO COOKIES
The Zyflow mobile application does not use browser cookies.
Instead, the app uses your device's built-in local storage to store the information it needs to function — specifically your login session, so you do not have to sign in every time you open the app. This is standard practice for mobile applications and is not shared with other apps or accessible via a web browser.
Third-Party SDKs in the App
The mobile app includes third-party components for analytics and error monitoring. These services may use device-level identifiers (not browser cookies) as part of their operation:

5. THE ZYFLOW WEBSITE — ESSENTIAL COOKIES ONLY
The Zyflow website at https://www.zyflow.eu currently uses only strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies without which the website cannot function correctly.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies or tracking technologies in the future — on either the website or the app — we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting those technologies.
We will notify users of material changes via the app and/or by email. The updated policy will show a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly if you notice a consent banner appearing on the website — that would indicate new cookies have been added.
8. LEGAL BASIS
The use of strictly necessary cookies and local storage for authentication in the mobile app is based on our legitimate interest and the necessity to perform the contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
No consent is required for strictly necessary technologies. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will obtain your consent beforehand in accordance with the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.
